500 grams Grapefruit juice;
100 grams Glucose;
550 grams Sugar;
15 grams High methoxy pectin
5 grams Citric acid.
Bring juice, glucose, and 500 grams sugar to a boil.
Add pectin mixed with 50 grams sugar, and cook until 104 Celsius.
Away from heat, add citric acid and immediately mold.
